With 5 lb weights go through all exercises 1 to 5 and then back down to Exercice 1, kind of like climbing up and down a ladder.




10 Get Ups

  1. 10 Get Ups

  2. 20 Back Lunge Shoulder Press with 5 lb dumbbells

2 min skipping

  1. 10 Get Ups

  2. 20 Back Lunge Shoulder Press with 5 lb dumbbells

  3. 20 Sumo Squats holding weights to chest (really wide squats with toes pointed outwards)

2 min skipping

  1. 10 Get Ups

  2. 20 Back Lunge Shoulder Press with 5 lb dumbbells

  3. 20 Sumo Squats holding weights to chest

  4. 10 Burpees (bring chest to ground)

2 min skipping

  1. 10 Get Ups

  2. 20 Back Lunge Shoulder Press with 5 lb dumbbells

  3. 20 Sumo Squats holding weights to chest

  4. 10 Burpees (bring chest to ground)

  5. 30 Full Sit-Ups
