With 5 lb weights go through all exercises 1 to 5 and then back down to Exercice 1, kind of like climbing up and down a ladder.

20 Sumo Squats holding weights to chest (really wide squats with toes pointed outwards)

20 Back Lunge Shoulder Press with 5 lb dumbbells
20 Sumo Squats holding weights to chest
10 Burpees (bring chest to ground)

10 Get Ups
