Bodyweight Only

6 Exercises:
- Jump Squat - Pushup - Flight of Stairs (typical staricase) - Tricep Pushups - Getups
Do each exercises 10x, and do 10 Full Rounds taking a 30 sec - 1 min break in between each round!
Abs:
- 20 Situps Twists (Situp to V-Sit and twist touch eldows to the ground left and right, then back down) - 20 Bicycles (Double Count) - Plank till exhaustion ( no less than 1 minute)
