Spring HIIT Bootcamp

HIIT bootcamp is an immensely popular fitness trend because of the efficiency of the fat burning workouts. HIIT is a workout style comprised of short work periods followed by short rest periods that mix cardio and strength training at a high intensity. It is a great full body workout that has you burning the most calories in the shortest amount of time, and even hours post workout. The best part of signing up is the wonderful community you build over the course of the session in a healthy way. What to bring: - Mat - Dumbbells (medium weight) - Waterbottle - Mood to have fun and get fit!
Session Cancellation Policy: To cancel a session, please provide 7 days notice, and a full refund will be provided. If you cancel a session less than 7 days before a session's start date you will forfeit the cost of one class. Covid Cancellation Exceptions: If Covid related lockdowns cause a session to be cancelled, either fully or partially, you will have 2 options. You can choose a refund for any classes cancelled in the session, or defer it to the next offered session when restrictions are lifted. Class Makeup Policy: If a class is cancelled by River City Fitness, a make-up class will be added to the session. If you miss a class, you have the option to make it up in another occurring session, if space allows, otherwise you forfeit the class.
