Summer Fitness Kickboxing

NO CLASSES: Aug 12 and Aug 19 Kickboxing is a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, strength, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout. You will be doing 2 minute rounds hitting bags and pads among other intervals. We incorporate strength into this class as well for a well rounded workout. What to bring: - Boxing Gloves -Water bottle
Session Cancellation Policy: To cancel a session, please provide 7 days notice, and a full refund will be provided. If you cancel a session less than 7 days before a session's start date you will forfeit the cost of one class. Covid Cancellation Exceptions: If Covid related lockdowns cause a session to be cancelled, either fully or partially, you will have 2 options. You can choose a refund for any classes cancelled in the session, or defer it to the next offered session when restrictions are lifted. Class Makeup Policy: If a class is cancelled by River City Fitness, a make-up class will be added to the session. If you miss a class, you have the option to make it up in another occurring session, if space allows, otherwise you forfeit the class.
